Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd began her journey in combat sports at the teenager age. After training in kickboxing boxing wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she made her amateur debut against Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. Ladd gained momentum from this victory and went on a 3-fight win streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents within the first round in all the fights. In WCFC Ladd fought, she defeated Leslie Rodriguez with a unanimous vote. Aspen initially defeated Silvia Babyghian, before heading to take on Maddy Simmons at WCFC 9 and fought Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia defeated Aspen by unanimous decision. The loss put a mark on Ladd's amateur record. Ladd rebounded from the loss and defeated Roma Pawelek, taking her record to eight one. Aspen began her career in the year 2015 when she signed to Invicta FC for her professional debut. Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via first-round TKO. Invicta Fighting Championships 16: Aspen won the next match in the fight against Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission by armbar. Aspen used the superior skills she had learned in wrestling to beat McGill. Aspen ended her bout via an KO (3rd round) (elbows as well as punches). She next fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) as Ladd was unable to reach the weight limit. Aspen dominated Hoy and defeated her in the second round by KO. Invicta FC21 was her last fight for the company. The winner was Sijara Ebanks with a majority decision. Aspen Ladd competed in her UFC debut against Lina Ladsberg. She outclassed Lina by pound-for-pound, and took the TKO round at the end of the 2nd. Then, in her third fight she defeated Tonya Evinger even more impressively. Ladd took over Evinger's fight following the first round. The winner also got the reward for her performance on the evening. Invicta FC's Sijara Ebanks was her opponent for the rematch that took place at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against Lee. It was the fighter's first big fight. Ladd, who won the unanimous decision after an intense back and forth battle among the pair of fighters, was awarded the Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd after 16 seconds which ended the streak of winning. Yana Knitskaya, in the UFC 7 ESPN 7's 3rd round, lost to Randamie. She fought Norma Dumont as a substitute in her last fight with the UFC in UFC Fight Night 195. The fight was a unanimous decision.
